Changing the monitor's screen resolution to a value lower than 1920x1080 causes the cursor location to be offset when drawing a rectangle in the "Feature Layer Selection" of a Windows Store-based ArcGIS Runtime .NET SDK sample application.

Additional Information

ArcGIS Runtime SDK 10.2.7 SDK Windows 8.1 Store app deployment on is unsupported for Windows 10. Note in https://developers.arcgis.com/net/10-2/store/guide/system-requirements.htm under app deployment Windows 10 is not listed.

Workaround

Use ArcGIS Runtime SDK 100 for .NET (If possible) and move the app to target the Windows 10 UWP app platform.
