Changing the decimal symbol in Windows 10 from a period to a comma crashes ArcGIS Pro if the Crime Analysis Solution is installed, and the 'Select by Date and Time' button is selected.

Workaround

Changing the comma back to a period resolves this issue and ArcGIS Pro does not crash when selecting the Select by date and time button.
