Additional Information
This is a known limitation with note questions. The calculations in repeat are not updated automatically when the form is loaded or when the question(s) used in the calculation is/are modified except for the current/visible repeat. If the user wants to update the existing values, the user can do so manually by using the 'recalculate' button. Note that this button applies only to questions that allow input (integer, text, etc.). A note question is read-only and therefore does not have a 'recalculate' button.
The workaround is to put the question placeholder in the label or hint of the note questions, instead of in the calculation column. Value(s) in the label or hint will dynamically update for all records in the repeat.
Workaround
To push changes through to the entire series of repeats, on each repeat page, click inside the text box > Press Enter button on the keyboard > The new number chosen in the first repeat appears.
This must be done for every repeat.
