Workaround
Add new member with the csv file – the one with the expected apostrophe character.
Exemple :
Prénom;Nom;Adresse électronique;Nom d‘utilisateur;Mot de passe;Rôle;Type d‘utilisateur
Member1;Geogger;member1@geogger.org;member1;ChangepswdLater1;viewer;Viewer
