The Pairwise Intersect tool generates an intersection point where the two lines intersect. Each line has a vertice at the point of intersection. If one of these vertices is deleted, the Intersect tool (different from the Pairwise Intersect tool) creates a point at the intersection. This issue is specific to ArcGIS Pro 3.2. This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x.
