Certain Esri reports with maps, for example, Site Details Maps and Traffic Count Maps cannot be used to create a custom report template in ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.

Thank you for the feedback. Esri is continuously working to improve options for building custom reports and take users' requests into consideration for future development.Workaround
Add the layer from ArcGIS Online to the map in the custom report template. Although it adds the geography as a shaded area, it is not possible to edit the style.
Note: Since all geographies are displayed in the project, remove other geographies from the project so only the generated report remains.
