Bug
Certain build of LocateXT ArcGIS for Server Tool 1.3.2 does not install on ArcGIS Server 10.7.1 and returns the following error, "ArcGIS LocateXT Server Tool requires that a supported version of ArcGIS Server is installed."

Issue resolved on final build.Workaround
Downgrade ArcGIS Server from version 10.7.1 to 10.7 or below and installation works.
