Category names in the ArcGIS Enterprise Sites 11.3 search filter do not respect localization and are displayed in English, not in French

This is a known behavior in ArcGIS Enterprise Sites: the category names in the search filter UI are based on the underlying category schema, which is defined in one language—usually the one used when the admin created the categories in the Portal for ArcGIS admin interface. Even if the site is viewed in French, those category labels do not auto-translate because they are not localized UI elements—they are custom admin-defined labels.Workaround
Change the names of the categories to French (or duplicate the category tree with French names). Reapply the French categories to content or site filters.Steps to Reproduce
