Additional Information

Duplicate of BUG-000112506: This issue occurs due to how Internet Explorer and Edge transmit the certificate filename when the Portaladmin site is in the 'Local Intranet' security zone. The bug for this issue has already been logged.

Workaround

Disable IE ESC.
