Cannot geocode with address location type if the column containing address has no header or hatch (#) as the header name. The address column must have a header with a text value.

All location types will always be listed. The location type selected by default depends on the data-set's headers.

Workaround

For all address column, include a header with a text value. For example, 'address'.
