Converting Multipoint to Single Point using “Multipart to Single Part” tool from ArcToolbox can create address locator in ArcGIS 10.0- ArcMap>Arc Toolbox Window>Data Management Tool >Feature -Multipart to Single Part >Add Multipart File as input >Specify the out put location >OkSteps to Reproduce
