Cannot connect to the feature layer using the default data store for sampler and execution when the map image service is deleted.

Additional Information
This issue is fixed in the 4.2 release scheduled for June 2023.Workaround
Recreate the feature layer output and do not delete or reassign ownership of the map image layer service going forward until this issue is addressed. Big data analytics can be used to migrate the data from the old service to the new service so data is not lost.
