Bug
Cannot add an SOC machine or view log files on ArcGIS Server 9.2 for the Microsoft .NET Framework when the host name of the machine has 15 characters and Server is licensed with the workgroup license.

Workaround
A SOC machine can be added through Server Manager if you specify 'localhost' instead of the machine name.The log files can stil be viewed manually in the .xml documents.Ultimately, we were able to work around this issue by changing the machine name to 14 or less characters, restarting the machine, renaming the keycode license file, running the post installation again, running the web application post install again, restarting IIS, and logging back into Server Manager.Steps to Reproduce
