Workaround

Derek on 10\20\8 - When using a Web ADF client with a service configured to cache tiles on demand, use an ArcGIS Server Local connection instead.If the cache is built for the entire service, turn off the cache tiles on demand option and use eiether an ArcGIS Server Local or Internet connection.
