Canceling the sync request to a traditional versioned referenced feature layer can result in the corruption of the replica, which then fails to sync on subsequent attempts.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4.Workaround
Remove the downloaded offline area from the mobile device and download a new offline area. However, this workaround results in data loss since all the edits made by the mobile worker in the corrupt offline area are also deleted and must be recaptured.
