Workaround
- Uninstall the intel graphics adapter using both Add/Remove Programs and from Device Manager.- Reboot- Install the latest intel graphics adapter driver** Very commonly seen with the Intel Mobile Series 4 Express Chipset. Workaround known not to resolve the issue with this chipset.Steps to Reproduce
