Workaround

  1. Open the attribute table of the downloaded feature.
  2. Select all features but remove one.
  3. Right-click a column and select Calculate Geometry.
  4. Set the Input features.
  5. Select a field and property (can select any field or property)
  6. Set the Coordinate System: "Current Map [Map]
Notice the geoprocessing tool takes longer to calculate and write the geometry.The user can also select as many records in the attribute table as long as the user does not select all records.Tools completes and runs correctly.
