Additional Information

This is expected behavior. The output of Calculate Density is a polygon feature service, but those polygons are created by converting a raster to the polygons. The cell size of the raster is, 1/1250 of the extent of the input points. So when the extent of the input points is larger, the cell size of the raster will be larger, and this will cause the polygons to be more pixelated.
