Additional Information

This is a known limitation. The workaround in Pro is to turn off (un-check) the visibility for RefName and Text fields and turn on (check) the visibility for the TxtMemo field. A document will be created to document this limitation.

Workaround

The TXTMemp field in the AutoCAD DWG file is over 4,000 characters long and does not fit in the geodatabase. This is the source of the error at ArcGIS Desktop 10.5.
