The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Workaround
Use the CAD To Geodatabase tool in ArcGIS Pro, then use the EXPLODE function in AutoCAD. Bring the features into ArcGIS Pro, or revert to ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x.
