Bug
By creating a map series with a chart, the 'Filter by extent' function is not respected. Some hidden entities appear in the chart. The issue is independent of data in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.3.

Map extent includes the whole rectangle, it is not clipped to the shape of the polygon. The chart includes any data within the rectangle, whether it is visible or not.Steps to Reproduce
