Workaround
- Make sure that no points without a street within 20 km are on the data that is used to create sites.
- Do not generate drive time areas and use the Save only points option.
- Add the data to ArcGIS Online, create drive time areas and use the result layer from ArcGIS Online in Business Analyst Online.
