Business Analyst map templates need to have .mxd versions, as .mxt are no longer supported in ArcGIS, and the Business tab is not longer available in Select Template.

Workaround

1. Open a selected business template in ArcMap and File>Save As as a .mxd.2. Then copy the Business folder from <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.0\Business Analyst\bin\Templates to <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.0\MapTemplates\Traditional Layouts. As long as there is at least one .mxd in the Business folder the Business tab in Select Template will be available.
