Additional Information
Bookmarks do not capture scale, but the visible extent for 2D maps and the camera position for 3D scenes. As a result, when the screen resolution is changed, a different scale is required to fit the visible extent of the bookmark within the new display resolution.Workaround
- Create a saved custom scale by clicking the Scale drop-down and select Customize when the desired scale is active.
- In the Scale Properties window, select Add Current and click Okay.
