Between ArcGIS Pro 2.8 and ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3, the Suitability Modeler's 'Distribution of Suitability' shows different summary statistics.

Many updates, since ArcGIS Pro 2.8, have gone into Suitability Modeler regarding the calculation of statistics. The exploratory nature dictates that in some cases the statistics are estimates. However, when a full-resolution raster of the suitability map is created, the data are persisted to disk and the statistics are true. In the attached case, the mean of circa 7.2 and the standard deviation of circa 1.5 are correct, as can be verified by looking at the statistics of the persisted raster. The data used in this example is not ideal, as one is in geographic coordinates and the other is in a projected coordinate system, which is more desirable.Steps to Reproduce
