Batch move features to a specified x, y coordinate location using the Move To tool shifts rather than moves the features.

Workaround

Selecting one feature at a time to move to the specified x,y location:

1. In the Move To pane, click Active Select and select one feature.
2. Specify the new x and y coordinate location and click Move To.
3. Select the different features, and type the same x and y coordinate location.
4. Click Move To and observe that both of the features shift to the same location.
