Azure Cloud Builder 10.6.1 configures file paths with extraneous backslashes, causing 'WebGISDR' export to fail.

Workaround
- Change the portal content directory path via the Portal Administrator directory, so that the second and subsequent sets of backslashes are sets of two (instead of sets of four).
- Wait five minutes, and restart Portal for ArcGIS.
- Run 'WebGISDR' Export again; it succeeds.
