Workaround

For SOAP handler: *arcgis.som.retryinterval* property in the arcgis_wshandler.properties dictates the timeframe to get the recovered SOM back into configuration. The default is 30 minutes and this can be changed to a smaller value.For REST handler: This property is hard coded and the recovered SOM starts taking requests automatically after 30 minutes.
