Additional Information
The ArcGIS 1.9.0 environment with Python 3.7.11 depends upon keyring versions between 19 and 21.8.0. Upgrading to ArcGIS 1.9.1 and later releases updates the dependencies for the keyring to allow for more recent versions of the keyring.Workaround
Use ArcGIS API for Python 2.0.1.
