The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Draw features with out of range or no value for display polygon again like Other Value.
- Uncheck the 'Draw features' with out of range or no value.
- Uncheck Classify Data, the polygons are OK.
- Check Classify Data, the polygons are 'Other value'.
- Now select any 'Round classes', the symbology is OK again.
