This issue is logged for ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS SDK), which is now deprecated. (Refer to the deprecation notice: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). The issue does not occur in ArcGIS Enterprise Map Viewer (4.x JS SDK). It is recommended to use ArcGIS Online Map Viewer for these workflows.
