Attempting to view the metadata twice consecutively through the Contents and the Catalog pane results in failure, and the metadata is invisible.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Workaround
- Open the catalog view by right-clicking the data in the Catalog pane and select View Metadata.
- In the catalog view, click the feature class or shapefile to see the metadata of each dataset.
