Attempting to embed a PDF hosted in Google Drive to the ArcGIS Instant Apps Portfolio template causes the section configuration for the item to become non-responsive.

This will not be addressed as the URL option in Portfolio is not set up to accept an iframe embed code.Workaround
Copy the URL in the iframe embed code to use in Portfolio. Do not use the entire iframe code.
The PDF can be directly uploaded to the ArcGIS Instant Apps, however, if the app is embedded in another project, the PDFs will not load (SEE BUG-000169989).
