Bug
Attempting to edit pop-up configuration of a feature service layer within ArcGIS Pro, which already had pop-ups configured previously in ArcGIS Online, causes the pop-up configuration to lose all formatting until the layer is removed and re-added to ArcGIS Pro.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.Workaround
Edit the configuration of the pop-up in ArcGIS Online only. If the pop-up formatting is removed in ArcGIS Pro, remove the service layer and re-add it to reset it back to the configuration that is set in ArcGIS Online.
