Attempting to edit a feature with related records in some web maps returns: "Unable to Submit 'The operation couldn't be completed.(ArcGIS.ArcGISError error 1.)'" error in ArcGIS Field Maps version 25.2.0.

Workaround

Remove the duplicate Utility Network layers from the web map or cancel and discard the edits, then refresh the web map to view the edits as they are actually pushed through.
