Attempting to delete a utility network record with a null GUID ({00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}) fails and returns the error, "Error: OnDelete message to object returned failure [FeatureName]. Invalid association record parameters [Source id -1 and object guild GUID_NULL should be paired.]."
