Bug
Attempting to delete a record from an unversioned feature class while versioned features are in the map returns the error message, "Delete Selected Features failed. This data is currently locked by another user and cannot be saved."

Additional Information
This is not reproducible with ArcGIS Pro 2.7.Workaround
• Register the problematic feature class as versioned.
• Remove all versioned features from the map in order to edit the unversioned features.
