Attachments in layer packages are not available in ArcGIS Explorer 1750.

Workaround
The issue is realated to the following. When ArcMap 10 creates a layer package there are two folders created a V10 folder and a V93 folder. When adding the layer package to explorer in some instances the layer file associated with the V93 folder is added. This causes attachments to not show. There is a layer file that is within the V10 folder that when added will show attachments for the features. In win 7 you can navigate to the following directory to add the correct layer for version 10, which supports attachements.<a href="file:C:/Users/USERNAME/Documents/ArcGIS/Packages" target="_blank">C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\ArcGIS\Packages</a>In the packages folder navigate to the layer package in questions and then add the layer to explorer that can be found within the folder labeled V10.Steps to Reproduce
