Attachments fail to upload in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) when using the 'Actual/Full resolution' preferred attachment size and attaching photos from the photo library.

Additional Information
Collector for ArcGIS (Classic) is retired and no longer being updated.Workaround
- Select a different preferred attachment size. Close and reopen Collector for ArcGIS.
- In Settings, change the photo storage settings from the Optimize iPhone Storage option to the Download and Keep Originals option, and click Photos.
- Check the camera format (Settings > Camera > Formats), and switch from the High Efficiency option to the Most Compatible option.
