Attachments cannot be added through a referenced feature service if the relationship class is migrated from an ObjectID based relationship to a GlobalID or GUID based relationship but the REL_OBJECTID field is still in the attachment table.

Workaround

  1. Stop the feature service.
  2. Delete the REL_OBJECTID field from the attachment table.
  3. Restart the feature service.

Attachments are now able to be successfully added through the service.
