Workaround
Remove the existing SSO user accounts in ArcGIS Online prior to the ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online licenses being applied to the organization.
- Delete the existing SSO user account before the ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online licenses are allocated to the organization.
- In ArcGIS Online, click the Organization tab > Members > Invite Members.
- Create a new SSO user account by selecting the Invite members to join using their organization-specific logins option. Complete the process to add the new SSO user account.
- Assign the appropriate role and permissions to the newly created SSO account.
- Assign an ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online add-on license to the account.
- Navigate to the SSO user account Content page.
- Click New Item > Imagery Layer. The page loads and the Get Started window appears.
