As of the ArcGIS Online November 2024 release, a feature layer added as a stand-alone layer in the List element in ArcGIS Dashboards does not automatically refresh, even when 'Automatically refresh layer' is turned on.

This is expected behavior if the refresh interval is not set up on the layer level. When using a stand-alone data source, set up the refresh interval on the layer (on the Visualization tab, configure the refresh interval and click Save).Steps to Reproduce
