Workaround

7-16-10 Margaret MaherI tested this at 10. The Coverage Tool in ArcToolbox, SDTS to Coverage, no longer crashes, but it still does not convert the SDTS data to coverage. The data still converts in Workstation though, so using Workstation is still the workaround.
