Description
ArcSDE annotation has shifted and leader lines disappear after adding the Route Event. This behavior occurs in a personal geodatabase and ArcSDE.
Cause
The route event code has caused the geometry update to run an annotation update.
Workaround
Do not build a route event while editing ArcSDE annotations.
