ArcReader .pmf documents do not open from Windows Explorer when the ArcGIS Desktop SP3 File Menu Performance Patch is installed. A blank ArcReader session opens instead.

Workaround
In ArcReader, click File > Open.orRight-click on the PMF and go to 'Open With' > 'Choose Default Program' > Browse > <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\ArcGIS\ArcReader10.0\bin\ArcReader.exe > 'Open' > OK.ArcReader should now be the default program to always open the PMF file type.Steps to Reproduce
