Description
A markup from ArcReader, pmfinkx, is not recognized by the 'Convert Graphics To Features' tool. The option is still grayed out.
Cause
This is a known issue.
Note:
This issue has been addressed in ArcGIS Desktop version 10.
Workaround
- Select the New Line tool and draw a line.
- With the new line selected, navigate to Drawing > Convert Graphics To Features on the Drawing toolbar.
- Click Cancel.
- Unselect the line created in Step 2, and select the pmfinkx.
- Navigate to Drawing > Convert Graphics To Features on the Drawing toolbar and continue with the conversion.
