Arcpy.mp.ConvertWebMapToArcGISProject does not display labels as expected in ArcGIS Pro 2.8.3 and ArcGIS Pro 2.9 Beta.

Additional Information

In the PAGX file, something in the map used in the map frame is corrupt. The users do not need to use a map in the PAGX file unless when using staged PAGX layers. In the map frame properties, set the map to None. Recreate the map if want a map with layers in the PAGX file. Everything worked when recreating the map. I.e the output contained labels.
