Workaround
Save the .icc files on the ArcGIS Server machine where the print service is running. If it is a multi-machine environment, save the .icc file on all machines.
- C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\runtime\ArcGIS\Resources\ColorProfiles
- C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color
After copying the file, restart ArcGIS Server, then:
- Log on to the ArcGIS Server machine as ArcGIS SOC user.
- Install ArcGIS Pro that matches the ArcGIS Server version. (for example, for ArcGIS Server 11.1, install ArcGIS Pro 3.1)
- Open ArcGIS Pro.
- Go to ArcGIS Pro's backstage, click Project > Options.
- Enable Color Profile.
- Exit ArcGIS Pro.
