At ArcGIS Pro 2.4, the staging tool provides the ability to analyze a Service Definition prior to publishing.Workaround
Utilize ArcMap and arcpy.mapping Python 2.0 for any tasks involving using Python for analyzing service drafts for publishing errors prior to publishing, until Python 3.0 arcpy.mp has a similar function implemented.
