ArcPy script fails to retrieve information from replicas.

Workaround

As mentioned, the user built a bypass into the script that detects if the user running the script is using ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x. If this is true, the problematic code lines would not run.

This bypass can be disabled by checking the Force Prop Access box.
